Figure is now the most popular discipline in this sport. Each year thousands of women compete in figure in order to showcase their physiques. It was created for those women that had no gymnastics background. Fitness requires a great deal of that, so Figure was created.

It consists of a one piece and a two piece swimsuit rounds. It is organized by height classes. Pro Figure is not organized by class. Women appear in a big group and are judged in groups of two or more depending on the number of women competing.
